Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Servers are key ambassadors of the restaurant’s brand and hospitality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
Prior serving experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler and TABC certification required or ability to obtain after hire
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 30 lbs
Work in a fast-paced environment
